Ocean front suite - 1 or 2 people: $85
Ocean front apartment - 1 or 2 people: $110 Both units combined for total privacy - 2 people $150
Both units combined - 3 or 4 people: $175
Each additional person: $20
December 15 through January 7 (Holiday period) 2 week minimum - both units combined $2000 per week, extra nights $300
May 1 through October 31 - Green season rate discount from 25 percent
Nightly rates include morning tea or coffee and fixings, garafons of drinking / cooking water, and daily maid service.
Full breakfast is available for an additional $5:00 per person, per day.

Payment Policy:
50 percent deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. 90 percent is rembursed if cancellation occurs prior to 60 days of arrival date.
